Episode 11 – Inbox Zero

I know this is not directly a media or tech topic, but email is an important part of our work every day.  Recently I have been noticing that my job would be easier if those I worked with would respond to email in a timely fashion or at all!  I thought I would share the process that I use to keep my inbox at zero.
